John’s Resume
Coordinators John Baker of Los Angeles, CA and Bob Riggs of Seattle, WA have been friends since 1989 when they met on the film ‘Avalon’. In 2009 both Baker and Riggs moved to New Orleans to work on the film ‘The Green Lantern’ and immediately fell head over heels for the city and it’s growing film industry. At the end of a year long shoot, their attention gravitated towards making a presence in New Orleans addressing the need for a FX equipment rentals and expendable sales company. Together Baker and Riggs merged their west coast businesses to create Story Teller Effects Group, LLC in 2010 and with ongoing momentum, they have continued to service the Gulf States and Georgia with their company and years of coordinating experience.
